3:00pm: Garden District walking tour (pick-up at hotel) and St. Louis Cemetery
First, we will make a visit into Lafayette Cemetery #1, made famous from countless movies and television shows. Next, we will stop by stunning historic homes such as Colonel Short's Villa, Toby's Corner, McGehee House, and Buckner Mansion. Additionally, we will check out sites from popular culture including the Manning House, the Anne Rice Home, and the Benjamin Button House.
7:00pm: 3-course at Muriel’s on Jackson Square with wine

This restaurant was previously a Spanish armory before it started serving classic Creole dishes in an elegant setting famous for its rich history and delicious food. Come taste delicious red beans and rice, a NOLA favorite. Taste dat!
Laura’s Pralines and Candies:
Nestled in the historic French Quarter, the Creole pralines and hand-dipped chocolates here are made fresh daily with recipes that date back to the 18th century. New Orleans’ oldest candy store is still going strong.
Court of Two Sisters:
With the only daily jazz brunch in town, Court of Two Sisters is famed for its beautiful wisteria-blanketed courtyard and soothing fountains. This history-rich, two-centuries-old restaurant is a must-see for any new visitor to the Crescent City. Take a stroll through the famous courtyard, then tuck into a wonderful New Orleans muffuletta at the Court of the Two Sisters po-boy shop.
Nola Po-Boy:
A local favorite, located in the heart of the French Quarter, dishing out some of the best seafood and po-boys in New Orleans! A hot roast beef po-boy, fully dressed, awaits!
Saint Cecilia:
Saint Cecilia is continuing the tradition of Southern Cooking. Located in the heart of Historical French Market, Saint Cecilia offers a great example of southern cooking. Get ready for a Tastebud delight – the famous shrimp and cheese grits!
4:00 pm Brewery Tour (pick-up from hotel)
At New Orleans Original Brewery Tour, we’re all about providing you with a great time and a safe beer tour experience; beginning with a hotel pickup in our brand new luxury van, followed by a short 7-mile beer hop.
Our tour features three breweries, Courtyard Brewing, Urban South Brewery, and NOLA Brewing, where you will enjoy a guided tour, while learning about the brewing process and history of beer brewing in New Orleans, and of course, sampling a variety of some damn fine locally brewed beer!
May 1: 10:00am – 1:00pm: Off to the New Orleans School of Cooking for a Hands On 3-course cooking class! Lunch served with soft drinks, wine and local beer.
Chicken and Andouille Gumbo, BBQ Shrimp and Grits, Bananas Foster Crepes
Time for some last minute shopping before transferring to the airport.
